Using Adobe Connect for teaching and meetings

Brief outline/description
Adobe Connect allows you to run meetings with other staff or students via a web browser. Communication can be via audio and video, and files such as Powerpoint slides can be shared. This hands-on session will show you the features of Adobe Connect and how you can use them effectively in your specific context.

Intended outcomes
After attending the workshop participants will:
  • be able to create meetings and run them with (untrained) participants.
  • have learnt to communicate and share files using the Connect interface,
  • be ready to tackle minor technical problems which may occur.
